On a particular day in the mid-summer heat, you could find people out on their bikes, on the beach, or relaxing in the cool breathable wind on the porch. 108lbs is what the scale read. I hear the results of my physical and the doctor concludes with I am under weight; that I need to gain at least 15 to 20 pounds. I was shocked because all I do is eat and play volleyball. She says with the physical activity I am doing could help me but I just need to make sure I am eating protein. No problem. When the news got to my coach; he declared that I need to stay on top of my health. After the month of conditioning, We were released for the rest of our summer break. During that time, my family had prepared a cookout for all of us to go outside and have fun because my birthday is coming up. My symptoms from my past chest pains has increased but this time they were migrating toward my stomach. I observe because I have not eaten anything for about two days so what could I be throwing up. I call for my mother and she exclaimed that I go to the hospital. I'm painting as I walk to my room. The thought of going to the hospital frightens me ,but I never want to feel this pain ever again. Before I set a foot out the door my body felt like a cloud, lifeless.
