We need chocolate milk, chocolate milk gives us are three daily servings of dairy. Therefor dairy is important for kids that are still growing.I demand we have chocolate milk here at Nickels Intermediate. We need to have it at Nickels because chocolate milk has nutrients that we need. It's also better for you than sport drinks and soda, and chocolate milk taste better than white milk.

Chocolate milk is packed with nutrients we need. For example chocolate milk has calcium in it. This is important because kid who are still growing need calcium. Others need calcium as well. Secondly, chocolate milk is loaded with many different vitamins. Like vitamin A, B,and D. Therefore these vitamins are good for you in many ways. For example sports drinks and soda have 7 teaspoons of added sugar. Flavored milk has only 3 teaspoons of added sugar. This shows that chocolate milk is better than sports drinks and soda because chocolate milk has less added sugar. According to Melissa Dobbins who is a nutritionist for Daiy Association, soda also has 39 grams total carbohydrates. In chocolate milk there is 27 grams total carbohydrates. This is important because there is less carbohydrates in chocolate milk. Lastly chocolate milk has more nutrients than soda and sports drinks. This shows that chocolate milk is better for us.

Finally, some people like the taste of chocolate milk better than white milk. For example some people don't like the taste of white milk. So they would chose to drink chocolate milk at school. Finally according to Midwest Dairy Association who represents 8,000 dairy farm families, kids drink more chocolate milk than white milk at school. This shows that kids like the creamy taste of chocolate milk better than the taste of white
