I suggest putting the cookie dough in the freezer for 8 minutes. once the time is up mix the chocolate chips in the cookie dough. Remember to stick one inch chunks of cookie dough on the pan one inch apart. This will give you 12 chunks of cookie dough on the pan.

Before putting the pan in the oven remember to only hold the pan with oven mitts to put it in the oven extra carefully. Set the timer for 8-10 minutes and occasionally check them.like most coookies they will be golden brown when their done but these cookie just need to have a golden brown perimeter.Since there will be a lot more cookie dough make sure to wrap alumanum over the top of the bowl and stick it in the refrigerator. the leftover cookie dough has about 4 more batches to be made. Also, the cookie dough will expire in a week and a half.

Once the cookies are ready pull them out with your oven mitts and let them cool of for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, use the spatula to scrape up the cookies and put them on a plate. The cookies should not taste burned or soggy. To extend the recipe to ice cream cookies sandwiches just put any flavor of ice cream in the middle of two cookies. enjoy the delightful cookies but just remember that they have lots of sugar in

They should not be made too thick or they will not be cooked through to the middle.…
