Chipotle Restore Brand Image Analysis

The immediate objective is to restore brand image that was hit when there were food safety issues in 2015 with outbreak of E.coli and norovirus. Chipotle has taken number of steps to enforce quality in food sourcing and preparation, but the brand has not yet recovered fully from those issues. Here are few things the brand should focus for 2017:
Restore brand image by implementing and communicating more quality initiatives
Increase brand awareness to attract new customers and engage existing customers
Innovate Increase product line-up that can differentiate it from other fast-casual restaurants
Personalize digital and social media communications to increase customer loyalty
Prevent misuse of Chipotle Brand name on various Sauces sold in
