Chipotle Case Study

Chipotle should expand its operations into other developed economies, considered some changes in their marketing strategy, and think of some acquisition. According to the market mogul, Chipotle has a very powerful presence in America. They are currently opening at least two stores in a week despite the e-coli outbreak couple months back. To better its strategy, it should now think to expand into other well-established economies to grow its business. I believe they should do so in North America, particularly in Canada and Western Europe. When I said they should consider some changes, I was thinking of Chipotle ensuring promotion of their marketing brand and ethical image when entering into new markets such Canada, Europe and possibly Africa.
