The Chino Hills High School Journalism class is pleased to present this proposal for your consideration. The Chino Hills High School Journalism class produces the school newspaper The Howler for the entire campus. The mission of the school newspaper is to inform, entertain, and provide Chino Hills High and the Chino Hills community a voice for the student body. The Howler is continually seeking support for the school paper; however, it is rather challenging since the class must find ways to get funding for hardware and to produce the print version of the newspaper. On March 3rd some of the Journalism students enter the JEA Inland Empire Write – Off Competition and participated in both the Writing and Photography categories where CHHS not only
