And students could go to a travel, take other interest class, and even get a part time to get more experience. Schooling is only a small part of the puzzle. In addition, there is a mandatory provision that school cannot ask student to take any additional class in the school during the vacation. In the last few years, school always ask students to take part in extra class on vacation for getting higher grade in final exam. Especially for high school student, school thinks students need to take more and more class to prepare their college entrance examination, so they arrange students to attend classes during the summer vacation compulsively. On the one hand, the maximum number of each university is rising every year. Before the year 2000, the universities have to limit the number of student because the economy is underdeveloped in China. However, in the past 10 years, the government invests heavily to expand universities. The universities can accommodate more students, which means more students can take higher education. According the datum from “the National education career development statistical bulletin”, there are 7,290,000 took the college entrance examination, but just 4,470,000 students could go into university or college to get higher education in 2004. However, in 2014, there are 9,390,000 took the college entrance examination, but 6,980,000 students could go into university or college to get higher education. This tremendous progress could certify that China hold higher education in great account. On the other hand, there is more and more appropriation from government to support the graduate school. In 1986, Chinese government has been implementing nine-year compulsory education, which means China paid more attention to basic education in that time. In recent year, basic education has already popularized in China, so the government began to invest and develop higher education.
