There are several social norms of the Chinese people that they follow, which are table manners, respect for old people or senior citizen, greeting elderly, and polite when talking with anyone, and so on.
In the Chinese culture, table manner are very important. When you’re dining out, you should not make noise or talk too loud, it is very impolite in Chinese culture. Furthermore, when the food arrives on the table, you are expected to let those older people to dine first. Besides, respecting the elderly and older people is by listening to their advice and always be patience with them.
