4.1 Introduction
This chapter is use the real case (China Unicom E-training) to do the analysis. At the beginning, the background of China Unicom will be introduced, and their relevant training system will be shown. E-training as for the new training approach, some interview results of it will be concluded. It will conclude through the timeline of the case study identifying and implementing; moreover, it will show the fact without any comments; the discussion will be in the following chapters.
