I volunteered on Friday for MADD at Chimp Haven. Chimp Haven was founded in Caddo Parish in 2000. The parish granted the land of two hundred acres for Chimp Haven which was behind Eddie Jones park. Chimp Haven is a sanctuary for chimpanzees that are retired from bio medical research, pets, and used as entertainment purposes. The chimps that are recused are provided with a place that is could live in groups together and spacious for their needs. Chimp Haven has two hundred and five chimps as of Friday and can take a hundred a fifty more comfortably.
While Volunteering I did some clerical work imputing hours of volunteer and the I pulled out staples from magazines. The volunteer coordinator and I pulled around four magazines of staples out
