In the Ted Talk by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, is something everyone should watch. She told the story of how she was introduced to a boy named Fide and realized his family wasn’t as rich as hers. However, she did mention visiting him in his own village and seeing the talent his family has such as the basket making. This was some sort of bias, as just because he’s poor it has nothing to do with special talents someone may have. This is why I believe everyone should ignore all the bias. Everyone has their own story to tell even if you only know one side to it. What also surprised me was how she lived with a roommate in a University in America and was asked how she spoke English so well. It must have been an innocent act however it’s the bias that
