On behalf of Chilla Pizza, Peterlee, we would like to offer our sincerely apologises for the service in which you encountered on the 2nd October 2017. We understand the trauma that the incident may have caused when opening the pizza box to a spider and its web.

Due to this event, we are conducting a thorough clean throughout the store, eliminating any chances of this occurrence to happen again. All our staff will also undergo new and further training to make sure quality checks are completed before any food is to leave for delivery.

Chilla Pizza was founded with the promise of bringing a unique, family-approachable takeaway service to the area of Peterlee, and we pride ourselves in keeping the area free of dirt and we promise to take this
