There is a relationship between ADHD and other disorders such as, oppositional-defiant disorder (ODD) or even conduct disorder (CD) (Bilgiç, 2013). But one of the most common relationships ADHD has is with anxiety disorders. Some studies have shown that about 25 % of children with ADHD have anxiety (Bilgiç, 2013). The more levels of anxiety sensitivity the more severe CD symptoms are in ADHD children. With this being said, anxiety mixed with ADHD can open more doors to exposing other disorders. The study was done on children that were taking medication to help with ADHD. The authors of the test shared that with guided walks it improved the concentration and memory were enhanced after 5 days of walking (Kamp, 2014). Athletic training, just like the walks, improved quick thinking, enhanced attention and visual attention.
