Children Talking On Nursery Rhymes

Children start communicating from the moment they’re born. From birth to six months babies will cry or coo. From six to twelve months they start babbling more. From twelve to twenty-four months they will start talking in one to two word sentences. From two to three years old they will start talking in five word sentences. From three to four they will start asking questions and should know how to say their name. From four to five they should start talking in six word sentences and should be able to sing nursery rhymes. From six to eight children should be able to tell jokes and have an adult conversation.
Typically, children start talking in one word sentences after their first birthday. Some words you might hear are hi, mama, etc. children
