Adults and children both have anxiety; it is something we can’t get rid of, but we can control it. There have been tests and the results show that fidget spinners can release stress and help with anxiety. For example, if a student is frustrated with homework, he can take a break with his fidget spinner and come back to it later with a fresh mind. Third, fidget spinners can improve someone’s spirit. If a teenager is down about losing an extracurricular activity he can spin his fidget spinner to give him something else to think about. Fidget spinners are fun because teens like to see how long they can spin them. Also, they can do tricks with their fidget spinners. Next, if one is mourning the loss of a loved one, fidget spinners can help them calm down. They can improve ones spirit by playing and doing tricks with the fidget spinners. Also if one was to make an effort and believe that fidget spinners will help them, the outcome could be a lot better.
Although one can argue that fidget spinners are noisy and distracting, they have been clinically proven to help with ADHD and anxiety. One preliminary study showed that students who have fidget spinners have better grade averages and better peer relations than the students who don’t have fidget
