It could be a lot of the parents fault, because the child could have shown some types of signs where he or she were angry about something that went on at home or the teacher could have paid some attention to the child 's signs too, because the child or children probably had a issue that needed to be addressed immediately, and no one was there to give help at the time. I would evaluate this matter, and research what child was going through, and how it could have been prevented. The way a processes information during this stage of life that would lead us to believe that they are not capable of understanding the consequences of their actions through cognitive development which involves a child engaging in play mode when he or she has the idea that everything they think and do is make believe, and they don 't know what they have done until other children began to pick or be mean to them, and that 's when a certain behavior starts to change where a child thinks …show more content…
It 's sad how those kids in the three scenarios had to go through that all because the parents, teachers, or any legal guardian didn 't make sure the child or children needed any help or attention on what they were going through that something tragic had to open everybody 's eyes to see what 's really going on in this world with our children, and I hope and pray God that these parents wake up and keep all weapons, and anything out these children reach, so they won 't go through what those children had to experience in
