Should Children Under The Age Be Held Responsible For Murder?

In the world today, Many people have to debate whether or not, if children under the age six years old should be held responsible for murder, and majority agree and some disagree until a full investigating is made to find out why and how these children get a hold of using a weapon, and what behaviors provokes them to do harm to one another, and where did this take place in the child life when the parent should be checking on there children twenty- four seven at all times making sure that the kids secure and safe no matter what.

It could be a lot of the parents fault, because the child could have shown some types of signs where he or she were angry about something that went on at home or the teacher could have paid some attention to the child 's signs too, because the child or children probably had a issue that needed to be addressed immediately, and no one was there to give help at the time. I would evaluate this matter, and research what child was going through, and how it could have been prevented. It 's sad how those kids in the three scenarios had to go through that all because the parents, teachers, or any legal guardian didn 't make sure the child or children needed any help or attention on what they were going through that something tragic had to open everybody 's eyes to see what 's really going on in this world with our children, and I hope and pray God that these parents wake up and keep all weapons, and anything out these children reach, so they won 't go through what those children had to experience in
