From the very moment, we were born the process of us learning started. In our young state, we look to our parents and caretakers to teach us right from wrong. The phrase “children are not born to hate but taught” in society today have been proven time after time. Many children born of a different race other than white in society are labeled as bad guys and discriminated against. To stop incidents such as Trayvon Martin being killed because of the color of his skin teaching a child right from wrong and important topics such as racism must be covered. But teaching a child regardless of the race about racism and how bad it is to do will change the world. Children live what they learn and teaching a child from there young about topics such as racism
