Childhood Observation

High prices and the smell of grease are the main characteristics of this place. The long faced workers dressed in red shirts with the logo on the front and long black pants, scraped greasy pans and washed dirty dishes. The identically dressed workers also answered phones, made pizzas and helped others at the front desk. The countless number of hungry customers poured in and out of the building. I saw red all over, red floors, red pizza boxes, red uniforms, red pizza sauce and red counters. I looked above the computers to the white red striped wall to find a wooden tack board. On the board was a crazy amount of papers. There was one sheet that stood out more than all the rest of them. The current work schedule. It was enclosed by a clear sheet protector. The first person I saw was Devin Gibbs, a man in his early twenties. He was wearing a Jenison green colored New York Jets shirt, black athletic pants and Nike Flight shoes. He was placing blocks of mozzarella cheese into a shiny odd shaped stainless steel machine. On the other end of the machine freshly shredded mozzarella cheese fell into a large metal bin. Next, I saw Andy. a pale young man wearing the most common red Jets shirt with the logo on the front. He was making fresh pizza dough on the back counter. The final person I saw was Alexa, a beautiful young blond haired girl wearing a red Jets shirt and black pants. She was operating a three tub multiple hose sink washing the dirty dishes and
