Healthy lifestyles and prevention are the key components to solving our country’s problem with obesity. Children are our future leaders and tomorrow’s adult population. How did we get to this point, what changed so much in the years previously discussed that would lead to such an increase in our future leaders of America? One factor is the advancement of technology. It has had a major impact on children having a more sedentary lifestyle. A casual walk through the park will give anyone a little insight as to what I mean by this statement.
