The obesity is one of the principal problems of the societies, which is a worrying disease that can affect the health of individuals in a direct way. In this case, it would be excessive accumulation of body fat and weight gain. This disease can affect those who are most vulnerable, children. Child obesity is one of the greatest challenges that have been identified in the United States. This problem has become an epidemic has lasting psychological effects in children because of advertisement of fast food, lack of physical activities, and parental control has made food become a major health issue in many young teenagers’ lives today. Childhood obesity is epidemic in the United States. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (cdc.gov): ‘’ More than one in six U.S. children is obese—three times the rate in the 1970s’’. Nowadays, it is an alarming number of child obesity, which we have to work together to eradicate this major problem. First of all, we need to know what are the reasons that cause them, and the consequences that can happen. Moreover, we must work together to eradicate this major problem. The society have to understand the impact of obesity and why we should to prevent it. The primary argument for childhood obesity is support on these factors: How parents may be aiding in unhealthy eating habits. What the schools are serving to the children. How we can help it.
