Researchers were interested in comparing the cognitive processing of traumatic events with talking and social constraints on talking among the mother about the death of their infants. The main traumatic events to the mother may effects them psychologically or emotionally. The effects may make them thinking or belief on unimportant issues related to the death of their Infant. The death of traumatic experience are in two basic forms, which is intrapsychic, talking with the others. Intrapsychic can be negative, positive or neutral, which includes thoughts, memories and images related to the trauma (Rachaman, 1980). The researchers were trying to answer question in two occurring responses related to traumatic events. An issues related to intrusive thoughts and talking to the bereaved mothers. Later they contacted and enlist 171 mothers form the parents of 162 their children died from SIDS in 1983-1984. There are the mothers who lost their infant form SIDS based on the autopsy exam. They are 15 years old mother who were speaking English, from Cook, Illinois, Wayne and Michigan County. The researcher conducted through three face- to three face interviews which lasted for 3 weeks (T1), 3 months (T2), and 18 months (T3) after their infant death.
