Mr. Levitte did not convince me, sine there were no solid evidence on his part. All he did was one test. The fact that most car dealer did not want to participate gave me more reason to believe that this is not correct. Besides most six year old are not tall enough to be restraint by a car seat belt. Today people continues to be using child restraint seats and this is evidence that it has been working. Child car seat has been working to save lives and prevent injuries. He never said anything about how car seat belt will prevent or did it shows that it prevent death.
