Goal: Jacob wants to learn to control his emotions and increase his ability to respond to situations in a positive way at home and school over the next 6 months.
Objective: Jacob will explore and process reasons for anger and anxiety to eliminate anger outbursts and defiance AEB cl, cl parent and teacher reports within the next 6 months.

Behaviors
Cn was dressed appropriate for age and well kept. Cn had a bright affect. He was cooperative and sharing during discussion. Interventions
