The report is about child labour, the report will cover. What the topic is about where is was located/discovered, how the social class was influenced by your topic, how important child labour is to the industrial revolution and positive and negative effects it had during the industrial revolution. Child labour is not used today, to legally work you have to be 14 and 9 months.
Topic:
Child labour is "the employment of children in an industry or business, especially when illegal or considered exploitative." (The actual definition form google). The children that are employed are younger then 7 and worked for 12-18 hours a day without a break and even in extreme cases 19-20 hours, with one hour break.
Location:
Child labour was located/discovered in England in the mid 1970's. When the children were working they wore hats, a coat, black pants and black shoes. The working environment is really dirty and was really busy because there were so many kids working. Majority of the children had one set of cloths and it never got washed. …show more content…
Most of the children come from poor families or from a family were parents cant support. Most of the children chose to work, so then they could support their family (have food and water for their family). Company's choose kids to work because they don't have to pay kids as much money as adults, so then the company doesn't loose as much money.
Industrial revolution:
Child labour was very important to industrial revolution because the poor families needed extra income so they would send their kids to work, or the kids would choose to work so they could get more income. The government forced them to have more kids so then they could get more money and have more income. Some families would not have children because they didn't want to send them to work at a very young age. Except most families did so they had
