Dietary cholesterol is harmful to the body for it will build walls in the arteries that brings blood to the brain and back to the heart. As the wall builds up in the arteries while the owner consumes more chocolate and dietary cholesterol, the arteries begin to stiffen, creating a condition called atherosclero. Unable to receive the proper amount of blood circulating in to the heart due to the blood clot, the higher risk the person would receive a sudden heart attack or stroke ( “Cholesterol 101”). Saturated fat also causes the body’s health to reduce. Lastly, America should stop trading the with African chocolate companies to reduce the health
