My strongest type of intelligence, as part of the MI theory, is Interpersonal intelligence because two of my three strengths fall into that category. My third personality strength falls into the Intrapersonal intelligence category (Helding, 2009). I have been made aware that when I am involved in a project at work that communication runs smoothly. I think I have an ability to get everyone involved and talking so that we can collaborate better. As part of my communication skills I am very honest with feelings and situations.
