Being in the Child Development field, has helped me with my own parenting skills. It was so many things that I didn't understand as a parent. I was pretty young when I had my first child. I was clueless on how to be a parent. I had experience helping raising my cousins kids, but it was totally different when it became my own children. When I enrolled into San Francisco Community Collège for Child Development it has opened up so many doors for me. I never knew that I was enrolling into a class where I would be studying children and their brain.
