Karen mentioned that she is not cooperating with CW. Amber is not willing to engage in MH services and a chronic child neglect behavior. Karen provided us a long explanation and examples about why Amber did not get or is not willing to understand the necessity for her to engage in MH services. This is right now the main concern of why the CW is not developing a family reunification plan. One of the examples provided by Karen was that in many occasions Amber did not wake up to take her children to their doctor appointments. Karen also said that Amber is unable to recognize Zack as a threat to her children. She keeps defending him. Amber does not have preventive skills.

Karen mentioned that in part, due to Amber's MH issues, she is struggling to focus on the important things that she needs to work on, so they can work on a plan to return the children to home, instead she focused on the foster parent's issues. Karen said that if Amber meets the conditions to return, the CW caseworker and Karen will help this family. But for now, they do not want to try again because this is causing too much trauma to the children, bouncing back and forth between their foster parents and their
