The grandmother reports that she has never had concerns regarding her daughter’s mental health. There is no one in her biological family who has mental health or substance use issues.

She began to think the parents were having difficulties in 2013. A real estate executive said if Alex ever abuses her again, to call him. she had no idea there were problems. Her daughter has never spoken to her about the problems in her relationship with Alex.

In 2013, she saw bruises on her body, her daughter said she fell. She was wearing a nightgown-Annabel was one month old, her arms were covered with bruises.

She never reported it to anyone.

Sex abuse allegations she was the person who made the call for sex abuse allegations, when the father was blowing on a child’s vagina. She indicated that it seemed “odd”. People have red flags she thought him blowing on the vagina was odd. She has not seen him after that.

She mentioned the mother’s broken nose, the grandmother’s arm, and violent, and blowing on the child’s vagina.

She was afraid to tell ACS about the lotion, Julian said his father would not put lotion on him, he would come back from being with his father. The child said the father was putting the lotion on Annabel. Annabel said the lotion the dad put on her was burning her vagina.

Ms. Hochfelder discussed alcohol, she indicated that she thinks she drinks on a normal level. She has wine at lunch or dinner or on social occasions. One to two nights a week she goes out to eat.
