Child abuse is defined as a variety of harmful behaviors directed against children. It can be many forms. It starts with just pain. Soon it turns into a bruise, then into broken bones, and justly the pain is ended. Thousands of children go through this horrible cycle, never getting to live in a world without pain, because when the pain ends there is no more life to live. Parents who beat their children bruise not only on their sons and daughters but generations to come. the problems they create for their children are only the start!
As a child I faced many years of prolonged abuse. I went through four foster homes and a shelter for two years before being adopted on 2006 september,14 at the age of seven along with my two brothers. Children need that attention. At least nine out of ten children needs affection and attention. When parents are troubled or overwhelmed, they often do not provide these essential nutrients: ‘’( Goodreads ph.d pg.3)’’’’There will always be someone willing to hurt you, put you down, gossip about you, belittle your accomplishments and judge you without looking at your soul. It’s a fact that we all must face. However, if you realize god is a best friend that stands beside you when others cast stones you will never be afraid, never feel worthless and never feel alone. Times like this can be challenging but you have to keep faith along with a positive self
