Chief Steward: Chief Cook's Assistant

Steward is Chief Cook’s assistant. Steward must help Chief Cook in cooking, specially cleaning & cutting vegetables. He also has to serve serving meals on time for all Officers. He has to wash all plates & cutleries. He cleans officer’s cabins, sweeping and maintaining the living quarters of the officers, and stocktaking the stores. It is also the job of a steward to manage the grocery accounts, planning menus, and documents the cost control
