The following key key positions and responsibilities have been identified and must be filled in order to successfully launch Roatán Leather Works.

Chief Executive Officer
Kiah Jordan, CFP® ChFC®, will serve as founding CEO and Chairman of the Board. He will work in conjunction with the founding board members to provide leadership and strategic oversight of all Roatán Leather Works operations. In addition, if the board chooses, he will also be responsible for securing capital from investors to launch RLW operations. Aside from personal relationships with key Roatánese allies on the supply chain and in the sales channels, Jordan’s background is well suited for this role. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Roatán-based nonprofit organization, His Island Outreach, and the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission, a nonprofit organization serving the homeless and individuals struggling with addiction. Jordan has designed the branding for multiple companies, including a vineyard and winery, he speaks Spanish and lived in Mexico for a year, and through his company, Balance Financial Management, he acts as a CFO for three separate companies.

He/She will spend most of their time in Honduras and will communicate daily with Kiah Jordan, CEO. This person must be very detail oriented, be able to establish and maintain trusting relationships, and be self-motivated. Responsibilities will include maintaining and directing all communication with suppliers, the vocational school, RLW headquarters setup, and sales channels. He/she will manage the Supply Manager, Production Manager, and Sales Manager when those positions have been created. If/When RLW headquarters is established for retail sales and light assembly and product customization, they will be the “face” of the company for most direct sales to customer from that
