There are a lot of people that says chicken is better than beef and there are some people that say beef is better than chicken well, Statistics say chicken is a better than beef. Each are simple meats that majority of people have for dinner. Chicken and beef may taste really good but both of have different long term effects.
The benefits of chicken according to the article why is chicken healthy to eat it states, that skinless chicken packs 27 g of protein containing all the amino acids essential for human health. Beef have more cholesterol and saturated fat and it can raise your blood cholesterol and make heart disease worse. Chicken can fight the risk of getting cancer, beef on the other hand can increase the risk of getting cancer.
The body needs its Protein and the best way to get it is from chicken. Chicken does not have all the side effects as red meet. Red me can cause a lot of harm to your body and cause a lot of damage to your heart putting you at a higher risk of death.
Eating chicken can be very helpful when it comes down to dieting. Because it’s doesn’t stay in your system for that long it comes in and it goes out. Chicken offers many different vitamins like b3, and b6 those vitamins help with metabolic process of protein and carbohydrates and converting carbohydrates to energy and maintaining the health of the body cells.
