Chicken and Brussel Sprout Grecian Pizza

Time Taken: 12-15 minutes
Servings: 3-4

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pizza dough (12-inch)
2 cups baked and shredded chicken
1 cup Brussel sprouts
1 roasted red capsicum, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch freshly ground pepper
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
1. Place pizza dough in baking sheet and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chicken.
2. Put Brussel sprouts, capsicum, olive oil and pinch of pepper. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and feta cheese.
3. Bake at 500° degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
