Chick – bye was established in September 29,2016 by 6 University students in Bina Nusantara University –Alam Sutera. The company sets out to be the best Chinese food that serve food quick and always have consistent taste in each of the servings. Chick – Bye also provides spices for the local customers to fit their personal needs. The reason why Chick-bye was created is because the people in Indonesia prefer to eat unhealthy food such as McDonalds, Burger King rather than healthy Chinese food, we as the founders of Chick-bye wants to change how Indonesians look at healthy Chinese food, how it is affordable to everyone and how easy it is to get one. Based on the research done by Dr. Steve Leeson, he described chicken as the most comprehensively researched animal in the society and so there are already very detailed knowledge of the nutrition that chicken provided and the growing conditions of the market needs. Leeson (2004) also describes the importance of the poultry feed, and how does it affect the genetic mutations that occurs inside of the chickens. In the end he concluded that as time goes by there will be improvements through the chicken feed that will increase the nutrition of chicken meat, and what the chicken consume affect the nutrition value of the …show more content…
Weakness: Fixing the weakness that we have, right now the complication of Chick-bye comes from the preparation, we need to prepare the food earlier that before and keep check the taste in each products.

Opportunity: There are a lot of universities that need healthy food, nowadays most universities in Indonesia offers less healthy food in their cafeteria, we intend to create food stands in Universities to improve the food standards there.

Threat: There are a huge amount of competitors who have the similar concept as us in the industries, however we thrive to be the best by having more competitive advantage from them
