The situation at hand is that based on the level of crime, the negative outcome of the schools in Chicago. The culture is becoming a chain reaction because of the impact of rising crime rates. The overall impact of the culture to school is becoming a tragic outcome among the Chicago schools around. The blame of disorganization is referring to the social status of the environment. The theory of the culture and subculture is that the perspective of a criminal offending based on a normative system that is distinctly different than, which is often odd, the norms is conventional society. The Chicago school began to evolve during the Nineteenth and Twenty century. The theory began with how the environment people live in determines their behavior in school. The theory is a very detailed theory. It showed that it was a coresponding with environment and school effectiveness thought time. The Chicago school based their ideas based on school performances and behavior problems with a statistical study based on population and surrounding location. It was used to find answers on the incease of crime and delinquency. Chicago was being know not for good, but total chaos as time progressed, this was just one of the problems that was being faced. The theory of survival played a huge role as well because, the domiant specis will strive while the weak will die off or have to relocate to survive.
