Buying Chia Seed:
When buying Chia seed, look for white and black seeds, as they are the good choices, avoid red seeds (immature Chia seeds) and black seeds that are smaller than regular chia seeds(weed seeds). And choose the organic brand (this mean they have the "USDA Organic" stamp on it), one organic brand that I have brought and like is Nutiva, I have not brought a product from them that I did not like.
