The Patient, in this case, most probably suffering from reactive TB due to compromised immune system. The host immune system keep latent TB stay dormant for years. When the host immune system compromise usually from diseases or stress, the TB reactivate and proliferate and cause symptoms (WHO, 2016). The symptoms usually progress slowly. It may include fever, chills, weight loss, chronic productive cough, chest pain, malaise, and night sweat. On physical examination, common abnormal findings are malnutrition, tachycardia, wheeze, and posttussive apical rales (Chesnutt & Prendergast, 2016, Adams & Woelk, 2014).
