Chef Howard Merrick is a teacher at Rancho Mirage High school who formerly was the owner of a few restaurants and even a convenience store. Chef Merrick is the Head of the Culinary Program CAFE(Culinary Arts Food Education) at RMHS (Rancho Mirage High School). Specifically Chef Merrick teaches the Food & Nutrition and Culinary Courses. Chef Merrick enjoys breeding and caring for miniature palm trees in his spare time. Chef Merrick also enjoys diving into the mysterious murky waters of the unknown and strange by spending time pondering the horrific assassination of the beloved president John F. Kennedy and whether or not spectres and spooks walk among the living.
