AGE GROUP

There is no specific recommendation on the age group. However the employee must be of 18 years of age and less than 50 years of age.

DESIGNATION

Most of the employees are having a lower rank designation that needs to handle operational issues such as cooking, taking orders, delivery. Nine persons will be as ground staff who will perform job of customer service and food preparation, two as supervisors and one as store manager. Back office will have one manager, two assistant for the purchasing department and one admin.

LENGTH OF SERVICE

The time of the employees work in cheesy pizza company is relatively short which means there is a high turnover rate, thus resulting in more retaining and recruitment cost. This could be because

Apart from cash, the social benefits i.e. Insurance and staff welfare can also encourage the positive impact of reward system.

How much leverage should variable rewards have?

The company needs to allocate the amount of capital which should be used to implement the reward system as misalignment of the same will have negative consequences.

The organization need to take in consideration such operational issues with high important ancestors in order to ensure that the efficiency of the reward system is maintained.

CONCLUSION

An effective reward system can act as an aid I'm boosting staff moral, retaining efficient human resources and creating positive organisation culture. Companies should take in consideration their market position and financial situation while designing the reward system. In order to make an ideal reward system, the organisation have to make alignment of reward system with its core principle, features of process involved and general practice of system.
