Cheerleading Is A Sport

Cheerleading is more to me then just cheering on the sidelines. It is a sport, with many responsibilities. It takes someone with determination, dedication, leadership skills, and energy. I believe that I fit all of these qualities. The captain is a very important aspect to the team. I feel that the captain is a respected figure on the squad, as I would treat my teammates the same. I am prepared to take on all the responsibilities that come with being captain, and I know that I will be someone the team can depend on.
