I think that the first solution is checks and balances. Checks and balances are constitutional tools that enable branches of government to resist any illegitimate expansion of power by other branches. Checks and balances keep us and the government in line. This system was developed In September of 1787. How this system works is first, the legislative branch introduces and votes on some kind of bill. The executive branch will get the bill after that. Also that is where the President decides if he thinks the bill is good for the country. If he thinks it is a good bill he will sign it and it will become a law. If the president doesn’t think the bill is good enough he will veto it. If so, then the legislative branch gets another chance and can

In today’s world employment is starting to become hard to come across. Yes, it is easier if people have a college degree to find a job. But, more and more students are graduating college and are un-employed because it’s hard in today’s world to always find a job out there. Also, more and more businesses are shutting down due to money and not enough business. Some businesses are now joining with other businesses to maybe make the business grow and that is leaving tons of people unemployed. If this problem keeps progressing most people will have to rely on the government for jobs. This isn’t the best solution but a solution we may not be able to avoid. This brings me to my third solution, to raise minimum wage to twelve dollars an hour and raise the overtime salary threshold. I know this will make other things more expensive. Meaning that fast food will most likely go up and stuff that is usually a dollar might not be anymore but this could be for the better. I know where I work my boss works overtime all the time and she can’t get paid anything for it because the government is so strict about her getting certain hours in a week and not getting paid over time. Even though other things might go up I think it will overall be better for employees to be paid twelve an hour. Also, make it fair if you work overtime you get paid
