There are many areas of the world that are directly affected by the healthcare industry. Some of the directly affected are the patients, employees, the government and insurances. In a successful organization, checks and balances look very similar to the system of checks and balances use by the United States government, except that the checks and balances would be more tailored to healthcare organization considerations.
