I recently deposited a check for $1000 to be deposited in my checking account at your institution. After doing so I began writing checks to make some purchases. I soon discovered that my checks bounced and I've incurred $75 in bounced check fees. When I looked into the situation I immediately discovered that my initial check had not been deposited into my checking account, instead it was deposited into my money market account. Clearly, a mistake had been made at your institution. Due to the mistake made by your establishment you are liable for wrongful dishonor under the Uniform Commercial Code. You are now responsible for the bounced check fees on my account and must recredit my account in the amount of $75. I also expect to be reimbursed
