INTRODUCTION:
This case involves suspect Timothy Varnell Walker verbally threatening victim Martha Camp. Walker is Camp’s nephew.
LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
The location is a single family residence located at 856 Manzanita Avenue.

EVIDENCE:

#2 Photos.

INVESTIGATION:

On 08-24-15, at about 1645 hours, Officer Gligorijevic and I responded to 856 Manzanita Avenue for a criminal threats investigation. We arrived at the residence and met with Victim Martha Camp who told us the following information in summary: Camp stated she went to 856 Manzanita Ave to visit her mother Shirley Neal. When Camp walked inside her mother’s house, she met with Walker who was inside of the residence. Camp and Walker have had verbal arguments

Camp once again asked Walker to leave the residence. Walker began yelling at her and said, “I’m going to kill you. I’m going to fuck you up. Don’t let me see you on the street again.” Walker exit the front door.

Camp heard a loud banging sound from the front yard and walked out the front door to investigate the noise. Camp saw Walker crossing the street and enter a green 2 door vehicle, NFD. Walker then drove south on Manzanita Avenue and out of sight.

While Camp was outside, she noticed her silver Ford Mustang(plate) which was parked in the residence driveway had been damaged. Camp saw several dents on the driver side front fender. Camp did not have any damage to her vehicle prior to her arrival at 1630 hours. Camp does not know how much the damage will cost to fix. Camp described Walker as a male black, 25 years of age, 5’09”, 150 lbs. with long dreadlocks. Camp told me Walker usually hangs out at Joe’s Ice located at 230 E. Orange Grove Avenue in Pasadena.
I spoke with Shirley and she told me she did not see anything and doesn’t want to get involved. Shirley refused to speak with me after the above
