As we have seen lots of bad news in the todays’ newspapers, many of the news are relating to the crooks and scams. Cheaters are all around the world; have you ever thinks about that you might be the next person who might be cheating by the crooks? People who have been cheated by the scalawags would have a harder life, since they give out most of their money. Crooks can really destroy a family with a short period of time. In order to know more about how the people who have been cheated live, I would like to interview an old couple that uses to lives next to my house. My interviewees are named Mrs. Yu and Mr. Yu, They was an old couple that lives in the village. They were nice and easy to believe people. Cheaters are those people who put people …show more content…
Then I have a sit in my room and with my computer on, I login to my WeChat account (communication app), and press on to the video chatting. About a minute, I see a lovely couple was sitting on the chair and their son is standing behind them. I was so surprise that their son is home, they all wear simple. The son wears a white t-shirt and a blue jean. The family looks a little bit different from the past, they were skinny. Also the couple looks older comparing to the past. The family was smiling; I know that they have already gone thought the difficulties. We say hello to each other and then chat a little about our daily life. The son tells me that he had quite the job, and he will come back to live with his parent. Both of my interviewee are holding their son’s hand and smile. We were chatting for about a half hour, and then we start to focus on our interview. Chatting with them online with the Internet is kind of having a very good feeling because we can see each other. I was so happy to see them again, because they were very nice to me and we haven’t seen each other for a few years. They were happy when we first were chatting. Later on, when I start to ask them questions about how they were being cheated and how were they feel after being cheated, the couple’s face goes down and they looked sad. On an evening day, the couple was watching a drama in the sofa after they ate lunch. Then the phone rings, Mrs. Yu picks up the phone. A man with a heavy voice imitated that he was their son’s friend named Alex (Yu). Alex says, “Your son is in the hospital because of a car accident, the doctor said you have to transfer money to the hospital so they can do the surgery for your son”, the old couple first feels uncertain. When the time they were considering to give the money or not, another man imitated that he was the doctor of this surgery with a hurry tone (Yu). The old couple worries about their son’s safety and their mind is blurred; can’t come out with any ideas. The cheaters doesn’t give them time to think about it, they just said you have to transfer the money faster, otherwise your son might be dying. The only thing Mrs. Yu thinks is that she doesn’t want his son to die, so they decided to transfer money to the “hospital” (Yu). The scalawags would use one’s weakest point to cheat their money, which they know that the old people worries about their son’s safety
