Throughout his revolutionary presence, Che was an honest leader that stuck to his vision and made sure that he was the leader that everyone needed. Che always helped anyone in need and would not leave until he knew that he took care of everyone. With his study of medicine, he cared for his soldiers personally as well as the village people that helped out the columns in which he was in charge of. He was a strong magnet and a strong hammer, which made him a great leader. He was charismatic towards the people that he wanted close and he was aggressive towards those he needed respect from. No matter which side he used he demonstrated self-control. Che knew what he was doing and how to get into people’s heads. Che’s way of leadership came naturally to him as he grew from a doctor to a revolutionary. This is not to say that Che never made a mistake or that all went perfectly all of the time. Yet, most importantly Che learned from his mistakes and never looked back at them negatively.
