Chartwells-Personal Narrative

As Jenny carried the last box of clothes from her dorm room to her car, a wave of excitement ran through her body. It was officially summer. There were no classes or tests and most importantly, no more Chartwells. After a two-hour drive filled with Mcdonald’s stops and obnoxiously loud singing, she finally saw the long driveway that she knew so well. Being too excited to bother with unpacking her car, she grabbed her fish, who somehow managed to survive for two years, and sprinted up to the front door.
