Charter Manufacturing Vs Kapco

I met with many employers and practiced forming connections. But the main two, Charter Manufacturing and Kapco, Inc. were ones that caught my attention. They seemed very informative and encouraging. I introduced myself as a freshman, pre-buisness marketing major hoping to make my way back home to Hawaii and that was enough for them to get excited, helping me to find internships. Many of them though, were for Juniors and Seniors which reassured me that I was among older business majors and ahead of other freshman. It was good practice, and quite fun actually. Overall it reminded me of how you need to be yourself, be practical, but confident, make eye contact is a must and smile. But most importantly, ask questions. That's all it really
