Location- Charlotte, North Carolina

Description of Area- The Charlotte Metropolitan area ranks 22nd largest in the US. Charlotte, North Carolina 's largest city and the seat of Mecklenburg County, is located in the southern part of the state near the South Carolina border. Charlotte is also home of the NFL Carolina Panthers, and the NBA Charlotte Hornets which play at the Bank of America Stadium and the Time Warner Cable Arena. Along with hundreds of restaurants and attraction throughout the Charlotte area.

Accessibility- Charlotte is an accessible city, there are many forms of transportation throughout Charlotte. All through Charlotte there are parking lots, bus’s, cab’s (Uber, Lyft), and train’s. Charlotte is also home to Charlotte Douglas International Airport which is the 6th busiest airport in the United States.

Charlotte has lots to offer everyone, with more than 110 parks, 18 public and 16 private golf courses, Carowind’s and much more.

Number of Competitors- Charlotte has (57) different food trucks that are all on different schedules. The competition for Nick’s Tacos would be; Taco Green-Go, Tacos Rick-O, and Maki Taco which are all located in different areas of Charlotte.

Swot Analysis-
• Strengths- Unique Menu, being a New Food Truck, Switching Locations.
• Weaknesses- No Customer base, New Equipment, having to drive different locations and not being in the same spot at all times.
• Opportunities- Conventions, Festivals, Tourist, Games (Football, Basketball), nascar, Concerts.
• Threats- Competition (Food Trucks, Restaurants), Economy, Traffic.
